Australian firms favour PH as BPO destination
Most Australian firms prefer the Philippines to explore offshoring opportunities, as opposed to other rival potential business process outsourcing (BPO) destinations in the region, such as India, according to a study by government think tank Philippine Institute for Development Studies.
BPO continues to drive PH economic growth
A report by global research and consultancy firm Oxford Business Group (OBG) showed that the business process outsourcing industry continues to fuel economic growth in the Philippines, along with agriculture and manufacturing industries.
